
TIPS FOR VOCAL 

- - physical excersice, get better physical shape.
 - - no cafeine, no dairy products, no salty diet.
 - - no smoking.
 - - carry a water bottle around, drink lots of water.
 - - no sing if fever.
 - - get more vitamins & supplements.
 - - dont talk to much, save voice.
 - - get enough sleep.
 - - dont shout and scream.
 - - dont speak all day before gigs.
 - - warm up voice before rehearsal & show.
 - - sing all the time, in car, shower, etc.
 - - build stamina in rehearsal, excersice + sing other song, increase slowly.
 - - practise should be by yourself.
 - - isolate to work on a difficult part, dont sing whole song over and over.
 - - start with the most difficult song first.
 - - rest if voice is tired.
